Jiu Jitsu VS The World
If your reading this chances are your trying to get your Jiu Jitsu fix outside of the academy. One of my favorite sound bytes can be found in the documentary below. Renzo Gracie tell’s a story about how when he was a child he asked him why he and his family trained so much. His Father replied:
Because son, one day you are either gonna be a good man, or a bully.
You train so if one day someone tries to bully you or not let you express your ideas, you will to be able to defend yourself. Or maybe if you become a prick, if you become a villain and you want to oppress someone and bully people. You wanna make sure that you know Jiu Jitsu so they are unable to defend themselves. Only you can choose who you want to be. You want to be the nice guy, or you want to be the bully. Either way Jiu Jitsu is going to help you.
Jiu-Jitsu vs the World is a feature length documentary on Brazilian Jiujitsu and how it has a positive impact on lives everywhere. This film aims to be an answer to the question often asked – “What is that Jiu-jitsu thing that you do?”
