WEIGHT GAIN on the scale = this is very normal. We have been drinking lots of water, way more than before. Don’t worry, your body will learn to “flush” a little better and will thank you! Also, we are eating more veggetables and more protein and good fats. All these changes mean more work for our bodies and it takes a little longer to digest these foods but it will adjust in no time. Please be patient with yourself and use all this to learn what works and what doesn’t.
